The series of conference proceedings described here
is prepared completely by the office of
Polish Chapter following SPIE guidelines and then printed and distributed by
SPIE, Bellingham, among other SPIE's proceedings volumes. As stated in SPIE
publication contracts, the first author of each paper included in a volume of
Series A receives a complimentary copy of the book. Moreover, the chapter office
receives not less than five complimentary copies of each book.

former Chapter President and Editor-in-Chief in a note
